Mediation: A third party neutral provides a structured, confidential process to assist two or more parties to arrive at a mutually agreeable resolution to a dispute.
Arbitration: A hearing before an impartial third party who, based upon the agreement of the parties, provides either a binding or non-binding decision that determines the outcome of the dispute.
Facilitation: A process by which parties having diverse interests are guided by an impartial third party to complete a task, solve a problem, or come to an agreement.
Early Neutral Evaluation: An informal meeting between disputing parties with third party neutral who listens to and evaluates a summary of the evidence and provides an opinion as to the value and strengths and weaknesses of each party’s case and the likelihood of success at trial.
